What is wrong with you?

A good mantra for people who go to tanning beds would be "If I have the money to tan,I have the money to hire a baby/dog sitter". Right? Seriously,I had some business in a popular salon here today and for the first time I saw a note taped up telling people that it is not okay to take their children into the tanning room with them,neither is it alright to leave them in the lobby.I have seen this happen on numerous occasions and while it should be left unsaid,I am glad they put up a note! People actually think that it's okay to bring their kids with them when they go to their tanning appointment and have the audacity to think that the it is the salon employees job to watch them! What is wrong with these parents??!! Are you that oblivious?Are you really that selfish? I also can't believe when I see PREGNANT women tan.What are you thinking?
When I asked the manager what had finally prompted the note she had the craziest story I had heard yet.Apparently a woman came in the day before with her small dog and asked if it would be alright to take the dog into the stand-up tanning room with her!!
When she was told "Uh,No" she pleaded a little bit but instead of cancelling her appointment she went out and locked the dog in her car.I'm all for tanning but these crazies must have fried some brain cells.
